Dear Aspirant,
As cited above that you are pursuing Intermediate qualification with Arts stream and want to study Bachelor degree in fine Arts instead of Bachelor degree in Arts and want to know whether you are eligible for not then for your information.
The minimum eligibility criteria requires for taking admission in Bachelor degree in Fine Arts is as follows :-
Must possess a minimum of Intermediate qualification with Fine Arts stream from a recognized university which comes under UGC.

As cited you have done Intermediate with Arts stream then you are eligible for taking admission in Bachelor degree in Arts.

If you are having interest in doing Fine Arts then I recommend you to join Diploma degree in Fine Arts which is a Three year diploma course after your SSLC Qualification.

On base of Graduation in Arts stream you are eligible for applying to various posts in Govt. as well as pvt. Sector, some of the posts that you may be eligible are as follows :-

Professor if you have completed PHD in Arts on base of Graduation in Arts.
Lecturer if you have completed MA i.e. Master degree in Arts.
High School Teacher if you have completed B.Ed i.e. Bachelor degree in Education.
Etc.,

Also you are eligible for applying to various non-teaching posts in Govt., Banking and Railways sector which are also having a wide scope.

Hence, from the above it is clear that on base of Intermediate qualification with Arts stream you are only eligible for doing Bachelor degree in Arts for doing Bachelor degree in Fine Arts either you have complete Intermediate qualification with Fine Arts stream or Diploma in Fine Arts stream as in Intermediate qualification you will learn all basics of the Fine Arts.
