Assam Gramin Vikash Bank (AGVB), Guwahati (Assam) invites Online Applications for filling up of Officers and Office Assistant post from those candidates who have held qualified under IBPS RRBs CWE-III September / October 2014 Exam.

The recruitment made for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). 

Important dates to be remembered :

Start date of Online application - 11th June 2015 

Closing date of Online application - 25th June 2015.

The following are the details about name of the posts and number of posts allotted by the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank for the posts:

Officer Scale-II (IT) – 02 posts

Officer Scale-II (CA) – 03 posts

Officer Scale-II (Law) - 01 post

Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager) – 01 post

Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer) – 02 posts

Officer Scale-I – 46 posts

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - 45 posts

Pay scale:

The pay scale allotted by the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank for the officer Scale I, II and office assistant post is as follows:

Officer Scale II - Rs. 19400 - 40,875.80 per month

Officer Scale I - Rs. 14500 - 30,551.50 per month

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Rs. 8000- 19300 per month

The selection pattern followed by the Assam Vikash Gramin Bank is as follows :-

1. Written Exam

2. Interview

3. Merit

The syllabus pattern followed by the Assam Vikash Gramin Bank for the written exam is comprises with the following topics :

1. Banking Awareness

2. English Language

3. Marketing Aptitude

4. Quantitative Aptitude

5. Logical Reasoning

Probation Period: 

Selected candidates will have to undergo for the Probationary period which is as follows :

Officer Posts - 02 Years; 

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - 01 Year.

Eligibility Criteria: 

The minimum eligibility criteria to be considered as per RRBs CWE-III.

Language Proficiency: 

Candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I, II and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the State / Union Territory.

IBPS TWS Minimum Cut-off Score:

The category wise cut off score provided by the Bank is as follows :

Cutoff Score:

For SC/ST/SC-PWD / ST-PWD candidates - 70 & above

For OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD candidates – 80 & above
