 While selecting the Preferences of posts in SSC CGL, I came across so many different kind of posts. I know a little about these posts. Can you tell me, Which Post in SSC CGL is Best and why?

As cited above that you want to apply for the SSC Combined Graduate level exam but while filling post preference you are confused about which post is best and why, then for your information.

SSC is nothing but Staff Selection Commission which is an recruiting authority which recruits the candidates for the Group B, C and D Grade post in Central Government Department.

Combined Graduate level exam is one of the top most exam after cracking this CGL exam you will be eligible for applying to various Group B and C grade posts in Central Government department.

As cited above that you are totally confused which post you have to select, then for you information as per my suggestion before selecting any one of the post you must know posts in SSC CGL exam are divided based on the specialization in your Graduation. 

If you are from Commerce or Management Background then Inspector, Auditor, Statistical investigator, Tax Assistant, Registrar post in Income Tax Department is most suitable to you.

If you are from Science background like Biology, Zoology then Inspector post in Forest department will be most suitable to you.

Upper Divisional Clerk, Assistant post etc., is suitable for all stream candidates.
