Syllabus and important topics to prepare for IBPS RRB recruitment exam

Respected Sir, I am doing B.E. Electrical Engineering final semester. I will give IBPS RRB exam after completing my B.E. degree. I want to know that what are the important topics for IBPS RRB exam? Also tell me the syllabus of this written exam.

Dear Aspirant,

As cited above that you have pursuing BE. In Electrical Engineering and want to give IBPS RRB exam also you want to know whether you are eligible for applying or not and what is the syllabus pattern for the written exam, then for your information :

IBPS is nothing but Indian Banking Personnel Selection which is a recruiting authority which recruits candidates for filling up of posts in 19 Public Sector Banks including Regional Rural Banks.

RRB is nothing but Regional Rural Banks the recruitment for which is done by IBPS.

The minimum educational qualification requires for applying to the posts in RRB is as follows :

a. Must be a Citizen of India
b. Age should be in between 18-27 years
c. Must possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university which comes under UGC.

Relaxation in terms of age i.e. 3 years to OBC, 5 years to SC/ST and 8 years to Ex-servicemen is applicable.

Syllabus pattern followed by IBPS for the RRB exam is as follows :-

General Awareness with special reference to Banking sector
General English
Numerical Aptitude
Logical Reasoning
Descriptive Paper

The selection pattern followed by the IBPS for the RRB exam is as follows :

Written Exam,
Interview
Merit
