Possibility to study Computer Science in Graduation for 12th Commerce student?
Hello, I am from Commerce background. I will give my 12th WBCHSE Board exam with Commerce stream this year. I want to study Computer Science in Graduation. I would like to know that as I am a Commerce student then I have a chance for study CS in Bachelor’s degree?

As cited above that you are from commerce Background and you are giving 12th board exam with commerce stream and want to study Computer Science and want to know the whether you are eligible for taking admission in BSc CS or not then for your information :
Computer Science is considered to be the evergreen field of Engineering because now a days 98% of the works is going on Computer / Internet Basis so scarcity of jobs are getting in Pvt. Sector.
For getting admission in Bachelor degree of Computer Science a minimum educational qualification requires is just pass Intermediate in any stream.
Hence, from the above it is clear that you are eligible for taking admission in Bachelor degree of Computer Science on base of your Intermediate qualification with Commerce Stream.
Note: though you are eligible for taking admission but there are some universities which does not allow Commerce Graduates for getting admission.
After successful completion of your Graduation with Computer Science Stream you will be eligible for applying to various posts in Software sector, some of the posts are as follows :-
Programmer
Web Designer
System / Database Administrator
System / Data Analyst
Etc.,
If you do some short terms course after your Graduation then you will find easy to get a job, some of the important courses which are having much demand in software market are as follows :-
Advanced Java
ASP. NET
Oracle
Etc.,
The starting salary that a Computer Science Graduate get is around Rs. 15,000/- per month but based on experience and skills there is no limit for a hike in salary.
