Detailed information, eligibility criteria and procedure to apply for TNEA?

Sir, I am a 12th class student. I want to give TNEA entrance exam. I would like to know the eligibility for TNEA and also let me know the procedure to apply. I want to get the information in details.

As cited above, that you are pursuing 12th stand and want to give TNEA entrance exam but you wont know the eligibility criteria and procedure to apply for the TNEA entrance exam also you want to know the complete details about TNEA exam then for your information :

TNEA is nothing but Tamilnadu Engineering Admission which is a entrance exam which is conducted by Anna University every year for the admission to the Bachelor of Engineering i.e. B.E course in Tamilnadu Engineering Colleges.

The minimum eligibility criteria requires for applying to the TNEA exam is as follows :-

a. Must be a citizen of India

b. Must possess Intermediate qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a Primary subject.

c. No age limit.

You can apply for the TNEA exam in three ways they are as follows :-

a. Online application – For applying to the TNEA exam through online channel you have to visit Anna University official website i.e. www.annauniv.edu/tnea2015.

b. Offline Mode – For applying to the TNEA exam through offline mode you have to visit TNEA centre. There are almost 59 Centres for the TNEA exam spread all over the country where you can visit and submit the application offline.

c. Through Post – You can also request for the application form via post to Examination Centre, Anna Univeristy, Chennai.

The notification for applying to the TNEA exam will start at 2nd May 2015 and the last date for submitting the application will be 20th May 2015.

There will be a application fees of Rs. 500/- applicable. However relaxation in terms of fees i..e Rs. 250/- is applicable for SC/ST candidates.
