Can I study B.Tech after completing BCA?
Hello guys, I am a BCA student of 2nd year. I want to study B.Tech after my BCA. Is it possible? Can I eligible for admission? I have studied science in 12th.
Dear Aspirant,
As cited above, that you are pursuing BCA and want to study Bachelor degree in Technology after completion of your Bachelor degree in Computer Application you want to know whether you will get admission or not then for your information.
I advise you to go for MCA instead of Bachelor degree in Technology after your Graduation, though you will get admission in B.Tech on base of Intermediate qualification but you hae to waste more four year for completing your B.Tech course.
Instead of B.Tech if you opt for MCA then you can save one year and also Master degree also will be in your hand.
The following are the opportunities that you can avail after completion of your Master degree in Computer applications, they are :-
System Programmer
Web Designer
Web Developer,
Database Administrator
System / Data Analyst
On base of MCA you can apply for the jobs in many of the Multinational companies like :-
Infosys / TCS / HCL / WIPRO etc.,
The starting salary that you will get on base of MCA qualification is Rs. 20,000/- after which based on the experience and your skills there will be not limit in maximum salary.
Hence, from the above it is learnt that opting for MCA after your BCA instead of B.Tech will be most useful to you in your future. If you have any doubt then please quote a reply here.
All the best.
