Can I get job after completing B.Sc(IT) from NIIT?

I am going to join B.Sc(IT) course from NIIT Ranchi. I know that this degree is equivalent to Graduation i.e B.Tech. Can I get the job of software developer after the completion of B.Sc(IT) from NIIT.
