Sir, I have completed B.E. in Mechanical Engineering last year. I would like to know that I am eligible to give IBPS exams or not? I have secured 7.11 CGPA in my B.E. So, kindly tell me my eligibility regarding IBPS.Sir,

There are two types of popular posts available in IBPS, they are :

Probationary Officer

Clerical Assistant

The minimum educational qualification requires for applying to the Probationary officer post is as follows :

a. Must be a Citizen of India

b. Age should be in between 21-27 years

c. Must possess educational qualification from a recognized university which comes under UGC.

The syllabus pattern followed by the IBPS for the competitive exam is as follows :

General Awareness with special reference to Banking Sector

General English

Numerical Aptitude

Logical Reasoning

Marketing Aptitude

Descriptive Paper

Selection is purely based on Written exam, Interview and on Merit.

Hence, from the above it is clear that based on Graduation you are eligible for applying to the Probationary Officer and Clerical Assistant post in IBPS.
